Yoga & Pilates Studio · [Your City]
Practice before the world wakes up. Or whenever you can.
Yoga by Rajeshwari is a small studio built around one idea: consistency matters more than intensity. Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Reformer Pilates classes, taught by instructors who actually know your name.
Three things we build every class around.
None of this works without the fundamentals. We keep coming back to them.
Breath first, shape second
Every class opens with three minutes of unglamorous breathing. It's the part people skip at home and the part that changes everything else.
Strength you can feel on Tuesday
Reformer and mat Pilates for the stability that carries into the rest of your week — lifting, sitting, standing, sleeping.
Stillness as a skill, not a mood
Yin and restorative sessions built for people who find sitting still harder than any pose. That's most of us.
Find the class that fits your week.
In-studio, outdoors in warmer months, and on-demand for the days you can't make it in.
Hatha Yoga
Slow, held postures for building a foundation. Best for anyone newer to the mat.
Vinyasa Flow
Breath-linked movement at a steady pace. Warms up fast, builds real heat.
Yin & Restorative
Long-held, supported poses for the nervous system as much as the body.
Reformer Pilates
Small groups, four reformers, real supervision. Booked a week out most weeks.
Mat Pilates
No equipment, just control. A good complement to a yoga-heavy week.
Home Practice Library
Recorded sessions from our own instructors, for the weeks travel gets in the way.

Meet a couple of the people teaching.
Four instructors on staff. Full bios and certifications on the about page.
Priya Nair
Teaching for twelve years, the last six here. Trained in Mysore and completed a 500-hour certification in trauma-informed yoga.
Marco Diehl
Former competitive swimmer who found yoga through injury recovery. Teaches the studio's fastest-moving flow classes.
Sana Batra
Physiotherapist by training, Pilates instructor by choice. Runs every reformer class at half capacity so she can actually spot people.
What members say
I'd tried four other studios before this one. This is the first place that didn't make me feel behind on day one.
